Why is it that all of my household bills arrive at the same time?
and the gas company have NEVER read the meter, so I always have to get them to come out and do it, and then wait for ANOTHER bill, and still get letters asking why I haven't paid the estimated one, and have to spend HOURS and HOURS on the phone to some poor misguided soul who usually has NO idea what I'm talking about.......

I did once tell a company that as they hadn't sent me a bill for 18 months, I was just going to assume that they were offering me free electricity for that period...... bill was with me in 1 week!!

Pity you can't just tell them if they fail to read the metre, they can't bill you for what they don't know you have used, they'd be round within hours then.
Me like bill time... Am sooooooo good at paying them..
